Arvada, CO - Dr. Salwa Hanna, born on July 3, 1951, passed away on December 20, 2025. Salwa was married to Keith Kester. Salwa is survived by her brother Samir Hanna. Salwa immigrated to the United States with her parents in 1968. She graduated from Colorado College in 1972 and went on to the University of Colorado Medical School, when she graduated in 1978. Salwa had her own medical practice in Wheat Ridge, Colorado, specializing in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Salwa loved to travel, read, listen to classical music, Egyptian Music (Abdel Halim Hafez) and Neil Diamond. Service were held on Monday, 1/5/2026 at St Mark's Coptic Church with burial to follow at Olinger Chapel Hill Cemetery.
