Evergreen, Colorado - Lucille "Ceil" Morrell Link, born in Rochester, New York on September 1, 1934 and a long time resident of Evergreen, passed away peacefully on May 1, 2026. She is survived by her three sons, Bill and his wife Debbie, Brian and his wife Portia, and Kirt and his wife Lisa, and stepson Bennett Link. She was a beloved grandmother to Nathalie, Palmer, Brigitte, Mack, Grant, Rebecca and Grace. Lucille is predeceased by her husband Peter Link, her beloved brothers John and Gene, and her parents John and Marion Morrell.

Lucille earned her degree at Rochester Institute of Technology and later another degree in Design and Drafting at Arapahoe Community College. She had a very successful career as a designer and space planner working creatively on her drafting board. She was an avid gardener, poodle lover and tailor.

Lucille was beloved by all who had the privilege to know her. Her life and home above 8,000 feet were tailored around the things she loved most, her family, dogs, friends, garden and a beautiful view of Mount Blue Sky. As a mom to her three sons and grandmother to seven grandchildren, her love and support never wavered. She will be dearly loved and remembered forever in our hearts and minds.

A service to celebrate her life will be held on Friday, June 12 from 11:00am to 3:00pm at Evergreen Memorial Garden in The Barn.
